ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS:

What is a LASER CEL?
LASER CELS are matted art prints, using a specialized printing process on clear mylar.  The similar formats of sericels or animation cels are printed on acetate, which is highly susceptible to warping and fading (the material was never meant for long-term archival).  Mylar, on the other hand, is UV and moisture resistant-- the image will never chip, crack or fade.  Our Laser Cels have been used as retail items, promotional giveaways, corporate gifts, and event exclusives.

Didn't you used to have a lot of Marvel comics stuff?  Where'd it all go?
Our licensing relationship with Marvel Characters has ended, and as such we are no longer able to sell Marvel products.  We still have select pieces from our Marvel line in our Promotional Products galleries, strictly for informational purposes, and are NOT for sale.  However, we have just added some new properties to our repertoire lately, including Universal Press Syndicate, Edward Gorey, and Gus Fink Studios, available for immediate purchase.  We expect great things from these new properties, and will have more products down the line.

PAYMENTS:

What are my payment options for online purchases?
Our preferred payment method is PAYPAL.  We can also accept most major credit cards through our PAYPAL service, even if you don't have a Paypal account.

Can I pay by check instead of using Paypal?
If you would prefer to pay with a personal check, please contact us before placing your order (click here for contact information) After we verify your order details, you would then need to mail your check to us.  Once your check has been deposited and cleared, we will ship your order.  Please note that this can take anywhere from 7-10 days from the time we receive your payment, so we strongly encourage you to use our online payment gateway.

Do you charge sales tax?
We are only obligated to collect sales tax for customers in Washington State.  For all other addresses, there is no sales tax.

SHIPPING:

What are your shipping rates/methods?
We ship via US Postal Service PRIORITY MAIL, plus a nominal handling charge (to cover shipping materials and labor).  Effectively, shipments start at $6.00 for up to 1 pound, plus $2.00 per pound thereafter.  These rates apply to destinations within all 50 US States.

Can you ship to addresses outside the U.S.?
For simplicity's sake (and our own sanity) the shipping rates we've established apply only to US addresses.  If you're an international customer, please contact us before making any webstore purchases, so that we can calculate your shipping rates.  We can then issue you a Paypal invoice with your requested items and proper shipping charges.

How do I locate a specific item?
You can begin your general search by using the CATEGORY links or SEARCH bar to the left, or click on the "SEARCH" button above.   If you know the specific Part Number, enter it into the SEARCH bar.  You may also enter specific search terms (i.e.- "Pooch Cafe", "Edward Gorey", etc.).

Why can't I add (PRODUCT NAME) to the shopping cart?
That usually means that we are currently out of stock, or it's in development, to be released in the near future.
